Bernadette( Hearts  Lilac Roses and Pearls )

Bernadette was a traditional two tier design, edged by soft Pink Pearls and Pearl swags made of Royal icing.  The offset top tier provided room for a beautiful spray of lilac roses. The cake was crowned with a romantic porcelain couple.

This particular wedding cake consisted of two Rich Fruit cakes (6" &12") all made from the top quality ingredients including: dark sultanas;  raisins, currants and the finest French Brandy and coated in natural marzipan and soft fondant icing.
