Bridget was a traditional
two tier design, with white icing and rope detailing punctuated by
delicate Cream florets. The cake was topped by an porcelain coupled
backed by a mirror and surrounded by 'Lily of the Valley'.
This particular
wedding cake consisted of two Rich Fruit cakes (9" & 12") all made
from the finest ingredients including: dark sultanas;
raisins, currants, cherries and French Brandy and coated in natural marzipan
and soft fondant icing. Serves:
