Zoe( Daisies Hearts and Piping )

Zoe was a traditional three tier design, with white pillars separating each tier. The cake was draped in delicate swags of fine Royal icing with a small sugar Daisy embellishing the joins. The cake was topped by a spectacular display of large Daisies.

This particular wedding cake consisted of three Rich Fruit cakes (6", 9" & 12") all made from the top quality ingredients including: golden sultanas;  raisins, currants and the finest Scottish Whiskey and coated in natural marzipan and soft fondant icing.
